The Originator - My name is Ofelia Bayutas Mutia, a true-blooded Filipino who continued to yearn in making a difference among the poor. Being poor myself since childhood, I certainly feel and understand the sufferings of many poor Filipinos, especially the children. I have a strong spiritual bond and compassion towards the poor Filipino children because I once stood the ground they stand with bare feet. Like many Filipino-Americans, I yearn for my homeland. By giving back what God has given me - and that is, bringing home hopes and inspiration to my Filipino people is the only way I know I am living my life to the fullest.
I started life with a very insignificant background. I came to life missing and yearning for my mother and in the absence of a father. Life was very harsh to me, but somehow, it didn't matter because I felt the presence of a Divine Force that kept me going. I attended at Southwestern University in Cebu City, and completed my degree requirements for B.S. Food & Nutrition. Unlike those fortunate college girls, I went through a "rough rollercoaster ride" just so I could achieve my goals. Remarkably, fate brought me to the United States with a naive' fairy-tale notion. Undaunted, I struggled the harsh reality of life in a foreign land where there was no one I could call for comfort and help, but the One solid Being, Jesus Christ our Savior. Because of Faith, I stood by Him as He stood by Me... and the rest is my lifetime history.

The Collaborator - Narciso V. Durens "Renz" was born and raised in Cebu. A priesthood aspirant, Renz spent years at a Catholic Seminary until 1993. From there, he worked on board an inter-island passenger vessel with Gothong Lines as a Chief Steward for 3 years. Although out of Seminary's reach, Renz was within God's reach. He continued to give his love to God by not only proclaiming that he is a Christian, but by doing what a Christian must do.
Meeting the love of his life and soulmate, Rose - they got married and raised 2 beautiful girls. Tackling the responsibilities of their lives together and working on a livelihood, Renz and Rose managed their first Convenient Store in Pardo, Cebu.
Full of enthusiasm and tenacity, Renz explored the real estate business profession in the last 4 years. His basic selling included telemarketing and mall exhibits, followed by subdivision site management which involved marketing properties in Talisay Cebu. His marketing techniques included billboard ads. During his third year of real estate business, Renz launched his first website: www.property-ph.com which lists brokerage listings, rentals, local and online ads. Spring of 2005 was meant to be the year that Renz would find his spiritual sibling.
Meaningful Series of Events - Spring 2005
Upon the tragic and untimely death of my brother, Sol Glen I was very devastated to realize that he left two beautiful children.
Surfing the internet in an attempt to expand my horizon in real estate business, I stumbled on Renz' website, www.property-ph.com.
By this time, a brother-sister relationship was born. Call it luck or fate - Renz' real name is Narciso - and my late mother's name was Narcisa.
Renz' two beautiful daughters are of same ages as my late brother, Sol Glen's daughters.
What better way to connect the dot - one of his daughters' name is Pearl - and one of Sol Glen's daughters name is also Pearl.
Renz's wife, Rose possesses the very close behavior and attributes that Sol Glen's wife, Noli has - both are wonderful wives and mothers.
All I can say is that - God has a message here.
